Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Inspect and clean coils, blowers, condensate lines, electrical components, and filters
• Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, safety standards, and company procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service during every visit
• Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects
• Document all maintenance activities accurately
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records of work performed
• Familiarity with air conditioning systems and their components
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and diagrams
• Knowledge of field service practices and procedures
• Understanding of property maintenance principles and practices
• Ability to work with boilers and ammonia refrigeration systems (if applicable)
• Familiarity with HVAC system design principles
• EPA certification
• Valid driver’s license

Pay

Competitive hourly pay based on experience.

Schedule

• Day shift
• Weekends as needed
• Overtime as needed

Supplemental pay for overtime.
