- General community maintenance
- Completing service requests
- Basic plumbing/electrical/carpentry repairs
- Appliance and drywall work
- Maintaining buildings and grounds (including pool areas)
- Routine inspections
- Cooking vendors
- Tracking maintenance needs
- Supporting community improvements
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- General maintenance or construction experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Able to pass background and drug screening
- Good communication skills
Preferred
- Residential community or apartment maintenance experience
- HVAC or pool experience
- Trade certifications
