PURPOSE
Perform maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and orderly appearance for all Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel properties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and inspect interior and exterior of all buildings
- Complete work orders in a timely manner
- Perform light carpentry, painting and plumbing repairs
- Move office equipment and furniture as requested
- Change light bulbs
- Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all tools and equipment
- Maintain neat and clean appearance for entire property
- Empty outdoor garbage cans and ashtrays
- Remove garbage from parking lots and sidewalks
- Perform de-icing, snow shoveling, plowing and removal
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Education and Experience
- Education and Experience:
- - High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD)
- - Previous experience in the safe use and operation of power and hand tools, etc.
- - Previous experience in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment
- - Previous experience in grounds maintenance, snow removal, etc.
PREFERRED
- Education and Experience:
- - Previous experience in Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry and HVAC

Pre-Employment
- You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission.
- Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions.
- The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I).
- DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
