Pay Rate: Starting at $25.56/hr.+ $1.00/hr. shift differential. Pay based on experience.

Shift: Graveyard - 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM. Tuesday/Wednesday off.

PURPOSE

Perform maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and orderly appearance for all Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel properties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and inspect interior and exterior of all buildings
• Complete work orders in a timely manner
• Perform light carpentry, painting and plumbing repairs
• Move office equipment and furniture as requested
• Change light bulbs
• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all tools and equipment
• Maintain neat and clean appearance for entire property
• Empty outdoor garbage cans and ashtrays
• Remove garbage from parking lots and sidewalks
• Perform de-icing, snow shoveling, plowing and removal
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education and Experience

• Education and Experience:
• - High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD)
• - Previous experience in the safe use and operation of power and hand tools, etc.
• - Previous experience in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment
• - Previous experience in grounds maintenance, snow removal, etc.

PREFERRED

• Education and Experience:
• - Previous experience in Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry and HVAC

Pre-Employment

• You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission.
• Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions.

• DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
