About the role
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the living spaces and common areas within the community. This includes but is not limited to cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, and assisting in the upkeep of landscaping.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Aiding in the upkeep of landscaping
- Ensuring all equipment and facilities are functioning properly
- Completing assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Experience in a similar role preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors
Skills
- Basic computer literacy
- First aid/CPR certification (preferred)

Schedule
