About the role
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of all facilities and equipment at The Waters Senior Living. This includes but is not limited to cleaning common areas, maintaining HVAC systems, and performing light repairs.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning common areas including hallways, restrooms, and communal spaces
- Maintaining HVAC systems to ensure optimal temperature and humidity levels
- Performing light repairs on facilities and equipment as needed
- Ensuring safety and compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in maintenance or related field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and climbing stairs
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
Skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
The salary range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, with some weekend work required.
