Job Description

Services Plus is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate loves solving mechanical puzzles, keeping complex equipment running at peak performance, and being the go-to problem solver on the floor.

Shifts

1st shift: 7am - 3pm (Monday thru Friday)
2nd shift: 3pm - 11pm (Monday thru Friday)
3rd shift: 11pm - 7am (Sunday thru Thursday)

Physical & Work Environment

Active, hands-on role (lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally)
Work around moving machinery, electrical systems, and industrial tools
Loud, fast-paced environment where safety matters

What You'll Be Doing

• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems
• Performing preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment
• Setting up, adjusting, and supporting production lines and equipment changeovers
• Fabricating and repairing parts using welders, mills, drill presses, grinders, and other tools
• Diagnosing issues quickly and safely and fixing them right the first time
• Supporting building maintenance (doors, docks, lighting, and more)
• Maintaining organized workspaces, accurate parts inventory, and equipment centerlines
• Aiding and training teammates and operators when needed
• Following all GMP and safety standards, including lockout/tagout procedures

What We're Looking For

• Technical certificate, Associate's degree (Electrical/Mechanical), or equivalent hands-on experience
• Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment
• Comfort reading schematics, manuals, and technical documentation
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to learn
