Job Description/Responsibilities

• Skilled performance of industrial mechanical duties
• Bottling and distillery equipment maintenance and installation, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and pumps
• Support operations by responding to trouble calls, diagnosing issues, and making timely repairs
• Participation in continuous improvement efforts including project work, machinery component rebuilds, etc.

Qualifications/Requirements

• MUST have a record of successful maintenance experience with mastery of skills needed for everyday maintenance tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing facility
• Ability and willingness to work second or third shift
• Successful candidates must pass mechanical and electrical aptitude exams, pre-employment physical, and drug/alcohol screening
• Demonstrate a high level of initiative and problem-solving abilities
• Show good communication and interpersonal skills
• Have excellent safety and attendance records
• PREFERRED to have an Associates Degree in Mechanical Maintenance
• Performing preventative maintenance
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Hydraulics experience
• Machine safety inspections
• Experience in manufacturing environment
• Machines and technologies used:
• Conveyor systems
• Bottling equipment such as labelers, fillers, and case packers
• Packaging robots
• Pumps
• Industrial dryers
• Centrifuges
• Control and automatic valves
• Air compressors

Pay

$31.61 per hour

Schedule

• 2-2-3 Schedule
• 12 hour shifts
• Night shift: 6pm-6am
