Duties
- Repairs to residential and commercial buildings
- Maintenance tasks including minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC work
- Aid in finishing work such as sheetrocking, patching, and painting
- Assist with snow removal and other winter maintenance tasks
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain a DOT card
- Experience operating a variety of power tools
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Familiarity with working in extreme temperatures
- Knowledge of standard maintenance practices and procedures Qualifications

- Strong physical stamina and manual dexterity

Pay
$25 – $28 per hour
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, with some on-call requirements.
