Maintenance Technician

Essential Functions

• Perform HVAC preventative maintenance, repair, and installation
• Make readies, turns, and work orders
• Handle electrical work
• Perform plumbing tasks
• Carry out carpentry work
• Repair appliances

Requirements

• Knowledge of HVAC and appliance repair with at least one year of experience
• General maintenance knowledge
• Dependable transportation and valid driver’s license depending on location
• Ability to work well with minimal supervision
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic understanding of safety rules and regulations
• Good communication and customer service skills
