Maintenance Technician
What You'll Do:
- Perform general repairs, routine upkeep, and preventative maintenance throughout the community
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests and assist with safety procedures, including fire drills
- Keep essential systems running smoothly, including lighting, plumbing, and basic equipment
- Document completed work and assist during inspections or regulatory reviews as needed
- Adhere to all safety guidelines while working in a physically active role requiring attention to detail
What You'll Need:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- 6 months to 3 years of maintenance experience required
- Experience in senior living environments preferred
- Fluent English required
