Maintenance Technician

Role: Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining facility operations, handling stock storage, and performing general maintenance and janitorial duties. Responsibilities: Receive and store supplies, rotate inventory, deliver and pick up products, perform repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures, and ensure cleanliness throughout the facility. Additional duties include driving bakery vans, maintaining water systems, cleaning drains, changing slicer blades, and performing basic truck maintenance. May work in production areas as needed. Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma required; certification may be needed. Must follow directions, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and possess basic math and reading skills. Physical strength and endurance are essential, including the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, frequent bending, stretching, and working in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures and noise levels. Valid driver’s license required. Key Attributes: Ability to handle tools and equipment, good coordination, and adaptability to environmental conditions. Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays. Additional Info: Compensation ranges from $17-$19 per hour based on experience. The role involves physical activity, environmental exposure, and the potential for emergency tasks, with management reserving the right to assign additional duties as needed.
