Maintenance Technician
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule etc. Only include sections that have real content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "If You Can Commit To And Live With The Following Principles..." maybe that's part of culture but not a standard heading; we could treat as "Expectations" or "Culture". But we only have allowed headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can also maybe include "Culture" but not in list; better to map to existing headings. The "Above the line principles" could be part of "About the role" or "Qualifications". Probably we can put under "About the role" a description of company and expectations. The "Work environment" could be part of "Responsibilities" or "About the role". The "Hours are primarily during standard business hours..." could be Schedule if present. It says schedule: Hours primarily during standard business hours, with some flexibility based on maintenance needs. That's schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section with that sentence. Benefits: Not mentioned explicitly. No benefits details. So we should not create Benefits section. Pay: Not mentioned. So no Pay section. Skills: Could be derived from requirements but we have Requirements and Qualifications sections. We can put minimum requirements under Requirements, preferred qualifications under Qualifications. Skills maybe not needed. We'll include About the role (company description, role overview). Responsibilities (essential job functions). Requirements (minimum requirements). Qualifications (preferred qualifications). Schedule (hours). Possibly also include "Work environment" but could be part of Responsibilities or About the role. We'll embed within Responsibilities maybe.
We must preserve all substantive information. Let's extract:

If You Can Commit To And Live With The Following Principles... (Above the line principles). This is cultural expectations. Could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section but not in allowed list. We could incorporate into About the role as part of company culture.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion and continued eligibility of all background checks required by the Oregon Department of Human Services, Office of Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS). This is a requirement; we can include under Requirements maybe as a bullet.
Now produce HTML:

Schedule
Hours are primarily during standard business hours, with some flexibility based on maintenance needs.
We should not include Benefits or Pay. Make sure no extra whitespace? It's fine. Check for duplicated lines: we have not repeated. Remove boilerplate: we removed "Job Type Full-time", "Location:", "Classification:", "Reports to:" maybe we could incorporate those into About the role or Responsibilities? The instructions: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it. So we can include location, classification, reports to in a short paragraph under About the role or maybe as a separate short p. Better to include in About the role after description. Thus About the role paragraph will include: The Maintenance Technician is responsible... (role description). Then location: Properties throughout Lane County. Classification: Hourly, non-exempt. Reports to: Facilities Manager. Then WHO WE ARE... etc. Then employee-owned details. Then Above the line principles summary. We need to preserve all substantive information: the above the line principles list is long; we should include it as part of About the role maybe as a paragraph summarizing? But we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot summarize away detail. The instructions: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we need to keep the principles text exactly? It's a long block. We could include it as a
- maybe under About the role? But the heading list does not have a specific heading for principles; we could still include a
- . That preserves detail.
Similarly, the "If You Feel This Level Of Engagement Is Not Right For You..." paragraph is also substantive; we should keep it.
Thus About the role will have multiple paragraphs and maybe a list.
We must not include application instructions; we removed.
Now produce final HTML.
