We are seeking a highly motivated, dependable, and enthusiastic Maintenance Technician to join our team at a multi-family property in Columbus, OH. In this key role, you will be responsible for maintaining the property in optimal condition, including handling plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs. You'll also perform routine inspections, identify maintenance issues, and ensure safety compliance. Additional duties include conducting monthly building walkthroughs, managing a preventative maintenance schedule, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently to uphold the property's standards.
