About the Role

Reporting directly to the Facilities and Equipment Manager for the newly formed Maddox PRO (Professional Resource Organization), this role supports shared services for Maddox Industrial Transformer and other projects under common ownership. Currently, PRO provides and coordinates all maintenance and upkeep functions for real estate assets in the owner’s portfolio, with plans to expand into larger industrial and commercial operations. This position offers significant career growth potential for a problem-solver with maintenance experience.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of standard maintenance and inspection processes for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, strong handyman skills, and project management abilities. The role is primarily shop/indoor-based with occasional outdoor work and requires regular travel between local locations.

Responsibilities

• Conducting routine inspections of facilities and equipment
• Performing prescribed preventative maintenance for facilities and equipment
• Performing basic repairs of facilities and equipment as necessary
• Coordinating contractors when repairs exceed in-house capabilities
• Serving as an onsite liaison for large projects on an as-needed basis
• Other duties as assigned by the Facilities and Equipment Manager

Requirements

• Strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing background
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and initiatives
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Pay

Annual range: $60,000–$75,000 USD (includes wages + bonus).
