Maintenance Technician

About the role

Ramble Partners, LLC manages approximately 80,000 apartments across the U.S. as a full-service real estate management company specializing in multi-family community management for various third-party owners.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Completes make-readies
• Maintains property grounds and common areas
• Performs preventative maintenance
• Maintains a clean and organized shop and other work areas
• Provides a parts and material list on a weekly basis
• Affords assistance during emergency call coverage with other team members
• Demonstrates customer service skills by interacting professionally with residents, staff, and vendors
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures
• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
• Valid Driver’s license is required
• EPA HVAC certification preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Pay

$24 to $25 per hour
