Maintenance Technician

RAM Partners, LLC, is a full-service real estate management company that manages more than 80,000 apartments throughout the United States. Pay

$20 to $22 per hour, plus bonuses outlined by the property commission structure.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Completes make readies
• Maintains property grounds and common areas
• Performs preventive maintenance
• Maintains a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas
• Provides a parts and material list needed on a weekly basis
• Assists in coverage of emergency calls with other team members
• Demonstrates customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
• Valid Driver’s license
• EPA HVAC certification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

This is a student property located near James Madison University. Previous experience in student communities is highly preferred.
