About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and facilities to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in buildings and equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance checks to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety standards are met.
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate repairs and upgrades.
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to environmental regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficient in using common tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical principles.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
