Maintenance Technician

About the Role
Complete basic maintenance tasks including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, carpentry, appliance/equipment install and maintenance, construction, minor automotive repair, etc. Coordinate, prioritize, and complete work orders and special projects independently, effectively, and in a cost-conscious manner with minimal direct supervision. Provide polite, professional customer service to maintain a good working relationship with all operational staff and management. Respond to on-call emergency maintenance needs on nights and weekends in rotation with the maintenance team. Perform preventative maintenance at all locations, including HVAC filters and tablets, septic and water systems, vehicle fluids, light bulb replacement, etc. Complete minor repairs and troubleshooting of company vehicles. Transport vehicles for repairs or use at various facilities.
Responsibilities

- Respond to on-call emergency maintenance needs on nights and weekends
- Perform preventative maintenance (HVAC, septic and water systems, vehicle fluids, light bulbs, etc.)
- Complete minor repairs and troubleshooting of company vehicles
- Transport vehicles for repairs or use at various facilities
- Utilize large rented equipment (Bobcat, trench digger, jackhammer, cherry picker, etc.) and basic office equipment
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 2+ years of construction, maintenance, or similar experience required
- Valid Driver’s License in good standing
- Able to work in the U.S. without Visa Sponsorship now or in the future
- All basic tools for general maintenance projects supplied by technician
Qualifications (Preferred)
- HVAC certification
- Electrical, plumbing, or small motor vehicle certification
