NOW HIRING in Camp Hill, PA for a full-time Maintenance Technician to join a stable, employee-owned property-management company with over 55 years in the real estate industry.
About the role
Travel to multiple apartment communities in a company-provided vehicle to complete work orders, turnovers, and occasional grounds or landscaping tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist with resident work orders in apartments
- Assist with turnover of apartments
- Perform light electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair
- Provide customer service to residents
- Handle salt and snow-removal duties
- Participate in rotating on-call shifts in the Camp Hill/Mechanicsburg areas (may qualify for an on-call bonus)
Requirements
- Prior residential maintenance experience preferred but not required
- Working cell phone
- Excellent customer-service and communication skills
- Valid PA driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation
- High-school diploma or GED
Pay
Starting at $20 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
