Maintenance Technician

About the role

This full-time position is part of the Altoona maintenance team. The Maintenance Technician will travel to multiple sites to assist with work orders and apartment turnovers across various communities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
• Assist with turnover of apartments.
• Perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
• Handle light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks in apartments.
• Repair appliances.
• Provide customer service.
• Perform salt/snow removal duties.
• Participate in rotating on-call duties in the local area (may be eligible for an on-call bonus).

Requirements

• Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred.
• Working cell phone.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Driver’s License and reliable, insured transportation.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.

Pay
