Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance
• Make needed equipment repairs
• Aid in new equipment installation
• Oversight of wash tunnel and equipment room functionality
• Manage all facility needs at six central Indianapolis locations

Qualifications

• Basic hand tools storage, care, identification, and tool control
• Weekly maintenance checklist for identifying current and future maintenance issues
• Basics knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities in piping and plumbing and associated tools
• Ability to read blueprints
• Identify, manage, and order all needed parts for repairs
• Keep facility in proper working order by inspecting building and grounds for maintenance issues
• Required to be on call after hours on a rotating schedule
• Manage monthly maintenance expense report
• Keep company vehicle properly cleaned and maintained
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Pay

Salary range starts at $50,000 for the right individual.
