Key Responsibilities
- Aid lead maintenance in the upkeep of apartment units, property exterior, and common areas.
- Complete assigned work orders promptly and professionally.
- Maintain professional relationships with residents and on-site team members.
- Perform other job duties as required.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 2-3 years of multi-family maintenance experience (preferred).
- Previous experience with HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair).
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills.
- Valid driver license and any required state licenses/certifications.
- HVAC Certification (EPA Type I & II OR Universal).
- Flexibility to work on-call and weekends as needed.
