About the role

Pretium Packaging is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in St. Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, with experience in industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Diagnose and repair issues with plant machinery and equipment
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Work closely with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex maintenance issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
• Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience with industrial machinery such as pumps, compressors, and HVAC systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
