Responsibilities
- Collaborate internally and across PSI to schedule preventative maintenance and maintain records appropriately
- Ensure appropriate inventory of spare parts, supplies, and equipment necessary to complete jobs effectively and eliminate downtime
- Troubleshoot the root cause for the unplanned maintenance repair and make adjustments as needed
- Assist the installation and assembly of new equipment and the improvement to equipment and facilities
Requirements
- Willing to work Monday-Friday from 5pm - 5am and be readily available for emergency repairs in breakdown situations outside of your normal hours
- Able to read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic and electrical drawings
- Have in-depth knowledge and ability to troubleshoot hydraulics (pumps, motors, valves, cylinders) and electrical (single phase, DC circuits, PLC, knowledge of three phase, use multi-meter)
- Have in-depth knowledge and experience with fabrication (welding, plasma, torch experience)
- Communicate effectively with all levels of organization and between shifts
- Support others to accomplish goals by responding with professionalism and having a strong sense of urgency to make reasonable decisions and swiftly refer to appropriate level if needed
- Looks for ways to continuously improve processes by anticipating problems, seeking best answers and exploring multiple possibilities to offer solutions
- Proven maintenance experience preferably in manufacturing environment with preferably an accreditation from a technical school or applicable skills trade program
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Position requires rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
