We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have sections: About Poet (mission), Benefits & Perks, Job Summary & Responsibilities, Responsibilities (list), Qualifications & Skills, Physical Requirements & Work Environment, CULTURE IS KING AT POET, GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES. Also maybe Pay/Schedule/Benefits only if present. Benefits & Perks includes details: competitive bonus opportunities, PTO, benefits package, 401K, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, relocation assistance, safety gear reimbursements, discounted insurance, wellness program, family-first culture, onsite fitness centers or reimbursements. So we can create Benefits section. We should not repeat job title as heading. The page already shows it (Maintenance Technician). So we start with maybe

then paragraph. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes EEO statement at end; we should remove that. Also remove duplicated lines (like "Foster a culture of safe behavior and environmental compliance at all times." appears twice? Actually appears in responsibilities list and later again; we should keep only one instance? The instruction: remove duplicated lines. So we should deduplicate. We need to preserve all substantive info; but we can remove duplicates. Let's extract content.
