Maintenance Technician

About the role

Clean Tech is looking for an experienced Maintenance Tech at our recycling facility in Dundee, MI. This is a Direct Hire position that offers paid training and opportunities for advancement.

What you'll be doing

• Perform maintenance for machinery & mechanical equipment used in the plastic recycling process to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations
• Execute & continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures
• Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct execution
• Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & procedures
• Receive thorough & ongoing training, with a clear pathway to promotion

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of mechanical maintenance experience in any industry
• Strong mechanical skills
• Electrical knowledge a plus

Pay & schedule

• Pay: $24/hr (DOE)
• Shift: 3-2-2-3 schedule (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off)
• Days: 7am-7:30pm
• Overtime: Time and a Half for anything over 40 hours. All Sundays are double time
