Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities
- Repairing, troubleshooting, and inspecting all mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
- Performing preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on machines and robots according to specifications.
- Regularly checking heater bands, rings and pulling screws / barrels.
- Safely utilizing the proper equipment to access jobs to both remove and install parts.
Requirements
- Prior plastic injection molding maintenance experience (required).
- Ability to follow established procedures, read blueprints and maintain accurate records.
- Understanding of auxiliary, electrical, and hydraulic equipment, robots and machines.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Physical Demands
- Ability to work in loud manufacturing environment.
- Occasional need to bend, squat, climb, grasp, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent walking / standing.

Pay
$28 - $30/hr (Dependent on Experience)
