About the role
Responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish. Leads a team of carpenters and oversees material procurement and scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and budgets
- Manage a team of carpenters and oversee their work
- Procure materials and coordinate logistics
- Communicate with clients and subcontractors
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management
- Experience managing teams and overseeing projects
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Skills
- Construction management software proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay
$50-$60 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
