Maintenance Technician
Job Level: 1+ years experience will set you up for success in this role. This important role supports our Wood Street Lofts located in Piqua, Ohio. Position Type: Full-time with the ability to be on call to support our residents for emergencies. Starting pay: $20/hour.

We are embracing technology in how we serve our communities. Our Maintenance Technicians receive work orders on our Maintenance Mobile app. You will be provided a stipend for your use of your personal smartphone to stay connected with us and process through your work orders.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to all current and future residents
- Complete resident work orders on a timely basis (24 to 48-hour expectation)
- Broad knowledge of general maintenance: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Assist with court-ordered “set-outs” when necessary
- Perform unit turnover between residents per company standards (3-5 days)
- Maintain grounds and curb appeal
- Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Be responsive to on-call emergencies
Requirements
- 1+ years of related experience
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- HVAC training and certification preferred
- Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and OT hours)
- Ability to be “on-call” for emergencies
- Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders by using smartphone applications
