Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Plymouth, MA. A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready units, including basic mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work as needed, in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate effective and exceptional communication skills with residents, coworkers, and management.
• Contribute to and foster a team approach to serving residents and maintaining a successful community.
• Perform snow removal.
• Assist the custodial team with upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, clubhouse, parking lots, and other community buildings as needed.
• Support occupancy goals by completing all tasks pridefully and successfully.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass background and drug screening.
• Reliable vehicle.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with rotating on-call duties.

Pay

Starting hourly rate of $25, depending on experience.
