Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain the upkeep of a property's grounds
• Make ready apartments (punching and painting)
• Run work order tickets
• On-call maintenance emergencies
• Special assigned property projects
• Provide exceptional customer services to residents

Qualifications

• High school diploma/equivalent
• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable vehicle
• EPA Certification is beneficial
• Must live within 30 minutes to the community
