Maintenance Technician

About the Role

Picerne Real Estate Group, established in 1925, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Cranston, RI. A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready units, including basic mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work as needed, in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate effective and exceptional communication skills for interacting with residents, coworkers, and management.
• Contribute to and foster a team approach to serving residents and maintaining a successful community.
• Perform snow removal duties.
• Assist the custodial team with upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, clubhouse, parking lots, and other community buildings as needed.
• Support the achievement of occupancy goals by completing all tasks pridefully and successfully.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle.

Pay

Hourly rate ranges from $20–$23 based on experience.
