Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Perform minor repairs across the building, including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work such as unclogging drains, replacing lighting, and patching surfaces.
- Conduct routine inspections of building systems, including HVAC filters and fire safety equipment, proactively identifying and reporting any concerns.
- Partner with the housekeeping team to maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the facility, including floor care, window cleaning, and sanitization of common and high-traffic areas.
- Maintain the cleanliness of exterior walkways and surrounding areas; manage the timely removal of trash and recycling.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and maintenance materials, ensuring readiness for daily operations.
- Utilize ladders and equipment safely and in accordance with club standards to complete assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active for extended periods.
- Working knowledge of basic hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
