About the role
Join our team at Town and Country, a 650+ unit property, as a Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional, above-standard service to all customers. This position requires an on-call rotation and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance experience, including technical and HVAC understanding
- Electronic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance
- On-call duties as part of a rotation
