Maintenance Technician

About the role

Peak Management is seeking a “ROCKSTAR” Maintenance Technician to join the team at Ramblewood Apartments, a 1,200+ unit property. The technician will provide exceptional, above‑standard service to all customers and participate in an on‑call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks across the property.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot electronic equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
• Handle drywall repair and painting projects (preferred).
• Respond to on‑call requests and provide premium on‑call support.
• Maintain reliable transportation to travel between units and sites.

Requirements

• Prior maintenance experience with technical, HVAC, and electronic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to perform equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Drywall and painting experience is preferred.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Capable of climbing ladders, bending, and crawling into awkward spaces.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Comfortable navigating stairs and working in various weather conditions.
