About the role
Peak Management is seeking a “ROCKSTAR” Maintenance Technician to join the team at the 1,200+ unit Ramblewood Apartments. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional, above‑standard service to all customers and participate in an on‑call rotation.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance across the property.
- Apply technical and HVAC knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Conduct electronic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
- Handle drywall and painting tasks (preferred).
- Participate in on‑call rotation as required.
- Maintain reliable transportation to respond promptly to work orders.
Requirements
- Prior maintenance experience with technical, HVAC, and electronic troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to perform drywall and painting work (preferred).
- Reliable personal transportation.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
- Capability to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfort navigating stairs and various weather conditions across multiple properties.
