Maintenance Technician

About the role

Join our team at Homestead and Ashton Lake Apartments, a beautiful 160+ unit property, as a Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional, above-standard service to all residents. This position requires an on-call rotation and snow removal duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems, electronic equipment, and general property maintenance
• Perform on-call duties as part of a rotation schedule
• Remove snow as required

Requirements

• Maintenance experience, including technical and HVAC understanding
• Electronic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance skills
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces
• Lift up to 50 pounds at a time
• Traverse properties with stairs and in various weather conditions
