Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Routine, preventative and emergency maintenance including Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Appliance Repair, Locks & Keys, Basic Carpentry, Painting and Drywall Repair, Janitorial, Grounds and Snow Removal.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the buildings common areas and other assigned areas.
• Maintain exterior grounds according to company standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience in the facilities maintenance field with a minimum of 3 years
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
• Solid computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
• Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter
• Prior experience in the facilities maintenance field
• On-call coverage for emergencies after hours, weekends and holidays
• Ability to respond and remedy maintenance issues in a timely manner
• Reliable vehicle needed to perform essential duties of the position
