Maintenance Technician
Job Summary
Performs preventative maintenance work throughout the hotel, focusing on guest rooms and public spaces. Works with the Chief Engineer on projects to ensure hotel maintenance quality standards are achieved and maintained.
Responsibilities
- Perform hotel maintenance duties
- Complete various projects assigned by Chief Engineer
- Use facility maintenance program to complete room service calls
- Complete preventive maintenance every month to ensure all rooms are PMed by the end of the year
- Report and fix any safety hazards throughout the hotel
- Ensure that the stockroom has sufficient inventory
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma/GED is required
- One year experience working in Maintenance related field is preferred, but not required for the right candidate
