We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our vibrant Community Housing team at Glenridge Terrace Apartments in Medford, OR.
Responsibilities
- Repairing both interior and exterior building needs such as plumbing, windows, carpets, painting, work order requests, and apartment renovations.
- Securing bids and products from suppliers and contractors to guarantee the highest quality, lowest price, and best service.
- Performing apartment renovations, inspections, painting, carpet cleaning, and overall maintenance.
Requirements
- Significant skills and knowledge of the maintenance and repair field.
- Skills in the operation, repair and maintenance of equipment and tools.
- Ability to read, speak, write and follow oral and written directions.
- Strong organizational and human relations skills.
Full-Time Schedule
Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Pay
$21.75 - $22.25 / hr DOE
