About the role
Opus Communities in Orlando, FL is looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Technician. We value self-starters who can work independently and appreciate contributions to our team.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance each day
- Maintain units by identifying issues and performing tasks such as HVAC and AC troubleshooting
- Close out work orders upon completion
- Conduct inspections and prepare vacant units for occupancy
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures for all tasks
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the apartment or hotel maintenance field
- HVAC and EPA certifications
- Knowledge about AC systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to climb ladders
- Bilingual with the ability to speak Spanish would be a plus
Skills

Pay
Starting competitive wage of $20–$26 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
