Maintenance Technician

Opus Communities in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a full‑time Maintenance Technician to keep units in good order, perform routine and preventative maintenance, and support resident requests. Location: 45219.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance.
• Identify issues and perform tasks such as general maintenance, HVAC, AC troubleshooting, and related activities.
• Close out work orders upon completion.
• Conduct inspections and prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the apartment maintenance field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Painting skills.
• Forklift operation.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Proactive problem‑solving.
• Good time management and task prioritization.

Pay

Schedule
