Responsibilities
- Timely completion (24 hours) of service requests as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Participation in the maintenance on-call rotation.
- Ongoing preventative maintenance.
- Make-ready maintenance.
- Other duties and projects deemed necessary by management.
Requirements
- Basic aptitude in apartment maintenance-related areas.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Special training and/or experience in one or more of the following areas: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Appliance Repair.
- Good communication skills; ability to interact with residents, prospects, co-workers, and vendors.
- Self-motivated and able to complete assigned tasks with little or no supervision.
- Diplomatic in dealings with residents and ensure others on the maintenance staff are the same.

Schedule
This position is not limited to a standard 40-hour workweek. Work hours may extend beyond regular business hours based on operational demands. Must be available to respond to emergency maintenance requests outside of regular business hours, as needed.
