We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Position Purpose" and description. Could treat that as About the role. Then Duties, Tasks, And Responsibilities as Responsibilities. Then Education, Skills And Abilities as Requirements or Skills. Also Physical Activities etc maybe not needed unless they are part of requirements? The instructions: include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. We have Benefits: "This Opportunity Offers a Competitive Benefits Package Including ..." So we can have Benefits section. Pay and Schedule not present, so omit. Also we should not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate. So produce:

About the role

... position purpose ...

Responsibilities

  • ... each duty ...

Requirements

  • ... education, skills, abilities ...
Maybe also a section for Physical Activities? Could be part of Requirements but not required. The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine physical activities into Requirements or maybe not include separate section. Since they are specific, but we can include them under Requirements as list items. However they are not exactly skills; but we can still include. Benefits section:

Benefits

  • ... each benefit ...
We must preserve all substantive information. Need to include all duties, tasks, responsibilities list items. Also education, skills, abilities list items. Also physical activities list items? Might be considered part of requirements but we can include them as separate list items under Requirements. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep each bullet as is. Let's extract duties: From "Duties, Tasks, And Responsibilities" paragraph: It's a long sentence with many items separated by periods? Let's split: - Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing maintenance requirements on production machines. - Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments. - Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments by using hand tools, levels, etc. - Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance. - Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt. - Conserves maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results. - Provides maintenance information by answering questions and requests. - Prepares maintenance reports. - Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications; establishing personal networks. - Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. - Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Other duties as required. Now Education, Skills And Abilities list: - 2+ years of related work experience, or a technical degree related to maintenance or other related field, or any satisfactory combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties. - Demonstrate good mechanical aptitude. - Accurately multiply, divide, add, and subtract whole numbers to resolve practical problems. - Operate a computer—PC proficiency; use spreadsheets and reporting software effectively. - Wear/use required PPE (personal protective equipment). - Understand written instructions and complete appropriate documentation as directed. - Use a logical approach to troubleshooting issues and prioritizing production needs. - Recognize problems when they occur and work toward the solution of those problems. - Pay attention to details and pursue quality in accomplishing work duties and tasks. Look for opportunities to reduce costs or increase productivity without reducing effectiveness. - Handle challenges skillfully, thoroughly, and effectively. - Effectively communicate with co-workers, team members, and internal or external customers. Present information clearly and accurately. - Ensure work is delivered on time and of high quality. - Develop good work practices to get the job done. - Use equipment, resources, and time in an efficient and effective manner. - Use good judgment when making decisions. - Always perform work in a safe manner. - Work in a cooperative manner with management, co-workers, internal/external customers, and vendors. Physical Activities list (checkboxes but we treat as items): - Climbing, ascending and descending ladders, stairs and/or ramps. - Balancing and maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling. - Bending at the waist, crouching and/or kneeling. - Standing for sustained periods of time. - Walking. - Fingering, picking, typing and/or working primarily with fingers. - Grasping and applying pressure to an object with the fingers and palm. - Feeling and perceiving the attributes of objects, such as size, shape, temperature or texture by touching with skin, particularly the fingertips. - Talking and expressing ideas verbally to convey detailed or important instructions accurately, loudly or quickly. - Hearing and perceiving sounds at normal speaking levels or without correction, together with the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication. Level of Physical Exertion: Heavy work description. Could be included as a requirement? Might be considered part of physical demands. We could include as a bullet under Requirements or maybe a separate section but we want few sections. Could incorporate into Requirements as a bullet: "Heavy work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and up to 50 pounds of force frequently; involves frequent walking and standing." Visual Acuity Requirements: three bullets. Work Conditions: several bullets. We could include these under Requirements as well, but that would be many bullets. However we must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include them somewhere. Could create a section "Physical Demands & Work Conditions" but instruction says prefer few sections; but we already have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits. That's four sections. Adding another would be five. Might be okay if we need to preserve info. But we could fold physical demands into Requirements as sub-bullets; still one Requirements section. Thus Requirements section will contain a long list: education, skills, abilities, physical activities, exertion, visual acuity, work conditions. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless present. Benefits present. Now format: Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

    for prose. Thus:
