About the role
The role involves performing various maintenance tasks to keep equipment and facilities in optimal condition.
Responsibilities
- Inspect equipment and facilities for signs of wear and tear
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, and calibration
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related work experience in maintenance or a similar field
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using common maintenance tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Skills
- Knowledge of electrical systems
- Understanding of HVAC systems
- Experience with plumbing systems
