Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance across multiple retail stores
• Perform and/or coordinate repairs including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
• Manage and prioritize service calls to ensure timely resolution
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues independently
• Ensure all work is completed safely and meets company standards
• Cook up with vendors and internal teams
• Maintain maintenance logs, schedules, and inventory
• Support store operations to ensure facilities remain fully functional
• Participate in on-call rotation for urgent needs

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of facilities maintenance experience
• Experience in retail or multi-unit environments preferred
• Required Skills: Strong skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance; Strong problem-solving and communication skills; Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Preferred Skills: Trade certification or technical training; Experience in convenience store or QSR environments; Experience managing vendors or small teams
