About the role
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of the facility. This includes but is not limited to performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, repairing, and replacing equipment and fixtures.
- Respond to customer complaints and provide prompt, courteous service.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and regulations.
- Document all maintenance activities and submit reports as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related experience in a maintenance or similar field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

- Proficiency in using common tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay
$20 per hour, based on experience.
Schedule
Mondays through Fridays, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
