What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other systems
- Complete preventative maintenance and safety checks
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential homes and facilities
- Respond to maintenance requests and occasional emergency repairs
- Maintain tools, supplies, and work orders
- Cook up with vendors when needed
What We're Looking For
- Experience in appliance repair, maintenance, facilities, handyman work, or building repair
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair/maintenance, and general repairs
- Able to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience
- Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to jump in where needed
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors
- Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and use tools safely
- Must pass background check, physical exam, and drug screening
