We’re seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support wellness clinics / residential and commercial properties in and around Jacksonville, Florida. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be responsible for keeping facilities safe, functional, and well cared for, including: General maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, drywall, painting, fixtures)Routine inspections and preventative maintenanceTroubleshooting and resolving issues quicklyCoordinating with external vendors when specialized work is requiredSupporting multiple clinic locations and commercial propertiesMaintaining clear maintenance records and communicating updates as neededEnsuring facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards Requirements This Role Is a Strong Fit If You… Have hands-on maintenance experience (commercial or healthcare environments preferred)Are dependable, organized, and take ownership of your workCan work independently and manage your time wellAre comfortable traveling between locationsCommunicate clearly and professionallyTake pride in quality workmanship Ability To Commute Jacksonville, FL: Reliably commute Experience Maintenance: 3 years (Preferred) License/Certification Driver's License (Required) Benefits Benefits: 401(k)Health insurancePaid time off
