Maintenance Technician

What You'll Be Doing

• Inspect, diagnose, and resolve issues with electrical, hydraulic, and air systems.
• Collaborate with machine operators to communicate effectively and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical problems, providing quick and innovative solutions using skills in mechanics, fitting, plumbing, metal fabrication, troubleshooting, and analytical problem solving.
• Modify, repair, install, maintain, improve, and troubleshoot various types of machinery, equipment, and facilities in the manufacturing departments.
• Setup, takedown, and relocate equipment.
• Frequently modify process equipment for new products.
• Provide solutions to routine or unique equipment problems.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years mechanical/maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• A minimum of a high school education or its equivalent.
• Flexible to work shift work (days, afternoons, nights).
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Time management and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and react to changing priorities.
